Rekasel Neokomunikasi Internusa or in short name Rekasel was founded in January 2000, by several individual that have been in the telecommunication and information technology industry for years.

We have been providing Computer Telephony Integration products and service to a wide range of industries and government. We specialize in telecommunication and customer relationship management applications with emphasis on utilizing the bleeding edge technology in telecommunication and information technology such as Voice-over-IP (VoIP) and IP call center and much more. In 2002 we have developed first Indonesia made IP call center product, and become the first company that actually sold and implement the 1st IP call center in Indonesia. We have outrun even international competitors in Indonesia IP call center market. In 2003 we have sold and implement the 2nd IP call center in Indonesia.
